During my Master’s program, I was tasked with analyzing an existing brand and developing a strategic roadmap to integrate sustainable practices into its iconic business model. My challenge was to design a Mock Sustainability Business Model and a comprehensive CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy that honored Ralph Lauren's heritage of timelessness and 'Old Money' elegance.
My approach focused on seamless integration, ensuring that circularity and ethical innovation felt like a natural evolution of the Ralph Lauren DNA. By aligning sustainability with the brand’s core values of quality and longevity, I demonstrated how a legacy house can transition toward a greener future while maintaining its prestigious brand image and global appeal.
